Technical Service

Caffe Izzo SA offers professional installation services for coffee machines, with a standard fee of R650.00 excluding VAT. Please note that exceptions may apply based on the location, which will be communicated accordingly. For optimal performance, a pressure regulator is recommended during installation, available at the prevailing list price.

Our commitment to technical support ensures a 24-hour turnaround time for calls logged either through our office or directly with Andrea.

A Call-Out Fee is applicable, set at R 600.00 excluding VAT for Johannesburg and R 750.00 excluding VAT for Pretoria areas. For surrounding or outlying regions, please request a quote. Labour, spare parts, and consumables are billed separately.

Spare parts utilized during coffee machine servicing and repair will be invoiced at the current list price. To schedule Call-Outs, please contact our office or Andrea at 082-444-3042. Once logged, a mutually convenient time and date will be arranged with the client.

On-site technicians complete a detailed job card outlining the performed tasks and time spent. Client representatives are required to sign off on the job card as confirmation of services rendered.

All Call-Outs operate on a strictly Cash-On-Delivery (COD) basis unless alternative arrangements have been made with Management. Our technicians are authorized to conclude their service upon receipt of payment, which can be made in cash, via electronic bank transfer (EFT), card, or Snapscan.

The job card serves as a precursor to an invoice, featuring a reference number identical to that on the job card for seamless transaction tracking.

Coffee Machine Uplift and Loan Unit Policy

In the event that your coffee machine requires upliftment for repairs, our technician will promptly install a temporary loan machine at no additional cost. Following this, you will receive communication regarding the timing for repairs on your coffee machine along with a preliminary quote indicating the anticipated costs for the necessary repairs or overhaul.

If you are satisfied with the provided quote and have granted approval to a representative of Caffe Izzo SA, full payment of the quote is required in order to proceed with the work.

Upon completion of the repairs and readiness for delivery of your machine, you will be contacted to facilitate with a time and date for the re-installation.

In the unlikely event that the loan machine encounters issues and a call-out has been logged, rest assured that no fee will be charged to you as the customer. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience throughout the entire process.
